High-touch or low-touch collaboration models

You decide how closely we work together. Some companies engage us for ad-hoc advice, others want a more structural support model. We offer three levels of collaboration for optimum cost and time efficiency:

  1. On-demand strategic advice for the management team, including access to our trusted network (government, chambers, legal, tax, site selection, etc.).

  2. Active support alongside your team. We join meetings, help follow up, and co-manage discussions with US stakeholders.

  3. Full engagement as an external team member, with clear deliverables, recurring involvement, and travel to the US as needed.
